SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

We will be taking orders in a 2 week order cycle. Inventory will re-stock at the end of each cycle. Depending on the order volume per cycle, please allow 1-3 weeks for your order to be shipped.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive updates on your order status via email.


CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

The receiver assumes full responsibility for all parcels that are refused upon delivery due to unpaid customs charges. Please note that all international orders (outside of Canada) may be subject to sales tax, import duties, and custom charges at the receivers expense. This rate is determined based on the receiving country. Please contact your local customs for further information.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Once custom sized orders are placed and confirmed, it is final sale. 

Items that do not fit properly but fit the specifications ordered, cannot be returned or exchanged.

We cannot accept returns on items that are defected from the original state, or items that are customized per your size.

If you are returning or exchanging an item, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, with tags intact and attached within 14 days after receiving your order.

If we shipped you a defective or damaged item:

You are eligible for a full refund or exchange. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide photographs clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, we will need photographs showing the damaged packaging to process your exchanging or refund.

Approved refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days.
